Gara started her insurance career at Iron Insurance Partners in 2004. During this time she has earned her CISR designation and is currently working on earning a CIC. She is currently an Account Executive and her primary focus of business is in the construction trades. She volunteers as a board member for her local Southwest Kansas Builders Association as well as the Construction advisory board for Garden City Community College. Gara has been a huge asset to learning about what challenges this industry is facing and enables her to provide resources and tools to assist in those challenges.
Gara was born in Coldwater, KS and grew up in Garden City. She has 3 beautiful children. Clayton, 24 Abigail 20 and Lauren 14. As well as two fur babies Stink and Soshee. Gara enjoys all things outdoors kayaking, camping, fishing, golfing, hiking, concerts, gardening, and running. In addition, she loves music of all genres and any opportunity to drink a good beer and discuss a good album! She has a passion for fitness and encouraging others to reach their fitness goals and she is just finishing up her certification to be a trainer at her local gym.
